Guardian of the Talion

The Guardian of the Talion is a mythical creature that guards the Talion in the Ice Palace in Tibet. Its torso is essentially that of a human, but its head and its legs are like those of an eagle or other bird of prey. It has arms rather than wings.

The Guardian is evidently an ancient beast that was already ancient by the time it was set to guard the ruins of the palace. A large gong must be rung both to access the artefact and summon the Guardian. The gong has a representation of the Guardian on it.

The Guardian attacks with its large fists, roaring at Lara while it does so. It moves quite slowly, but because of its size is able to take much larger steps than Lara, so lessening this disadvantage.
