Justin J. Farr (also known as tlr online) is a British real life human. He is the creator of the website Tomb Raider Chronicles and administrator of Tomb Raider Forums, were he uses the nickname tlr online. He's also the creator of this project.

For comical effect, he's usually pictured as a penguin, since his avatar on Tomb Raider Forums is a Crystal Tux version of the Star Wars character, Darth Vader, as seen here:
