Mutant Willard

Mutant Willard is the final boss in Tomb Raider III. He is present in the level "Meteorite Cavern". He is the mutated version of Dr Mark Willard, the main antagonist, who decided to jump into the meteorite crater, which has an energy capable of accelerating the evolution of organisms. Willard then turned into an ugly arachnid mutant, who has a wide range of attacks, including white bolts that never miss their target once fired. Lara cannot kill him with any weapons until she had removed all four meteorite artifacts from their places. She can, however, use her weapons to stun Willard for a few seconds, giving her enough time to grab an artifact. Once all artifacts have been collected, Willard is completly vunerable to Lara's weapons. In the game, Lara kills Willard after doing so, before escaping the carvern with the artifacts.
