Rebellion Developments is a video game company founded in 1991. They acquired Core Design's assets and staff in 2006; along with other two companies, Strangelite and Empire Interactive, becoming the largest independent development studio in Europe. Rebellion also publishes comic books and own the Abaddon Books book imprint since 2006.

In 1994 Rebellion released Alien vs Predator for the Atari Jaguar, wich is considered one of the few good games for that platform.

After aquiring Core Design, Rebellion completed and released Free Running for the PS2 and PSP. The game was originally to be published by Eidos Interactive, but Core Design was sold before it could be completed. Set in London, Free Running was released only in Europe. Shortly afterwards, Rebellion released a video game tie-in for Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem, under the same name, for the PSP. Currently, they are working on a sequel to ShellShock.
