Summary

Lara begins where she ended up the previous night, at the stage-door of the Opera. Here a small tutorial section is begun, introducing a few of the new moves of Chronicles.

The streets lead to a small piazza with a marble fountain, where Lara must manipulate switches resembling the Bocca della Verita, a famous archaeological fine, in reality found in the portico of the church of Santa Maria in Cosmedin.

This will allow her access to the upper floors and rooftops of the buildings surrounding the piazza, allowing her to find a key and unlock a gate on the far side of the piazza.

Here she will encounter Larson in a pitched battle in a small courtyard. She will face him twice here. From then on, Lara must access a gated courtyard garden with an ornate structure in it, where she can place the Mercury Stone. She must then explore a temple-like structure behind the garden to get the Saturn Stone. She then proceeds to explore Trajan's Markets.
