The Cold War is the first level of The Golden Mask add-on game for Tomb Raider II.

Summary
The level begins with Lara dropping into the icy waters of an Alaskan island from a helicopter. She then makes her way through icy caves to a zip line, which takes her into a mining facility. She finds a snowmobile which she uses to make her way through various icy caves and outbuildings of the mining camp. Finally, she jumps into an icy underground pool in order to reach the next level, Fool's Gold. Throughout the level, she is pursued by members of the A.V.A.L.A.N.C.H.E. group, who hunt her throughout this game.
