The Dragon's Lair

The Dragon's Lair is an ancient temple structure on the far side of the Floating Islands. It was built to allow the user of the Dagger of Xian to transform into a dragon in peace. It is the seventeenth and penultimate level of Tomb Raider II.

Appearance in Tomb Raider II
The level essentially comprises large halls constructed out of jade, decorated with various carved columns. A mystic plaque can be picked up to open a sealed door into the main area of the lair, although the real prize is the Dagger of Xian.
Bartoli has been laid here to transform into the dragon. Various members of the Fiama Nera's priesthood also lie in wait for Lara.
