Wolves

Wolves are the first seen (but not the first combated) enemy in Tomb Raider. They are seen attacking Lara Croft's Peruvian guide in the opening FMV of the Caves level. Wolves appear mainly only in the Peru levels of Tomb Raider; latterly, the fashion for larger feline carnivores made its appearance in both Tomb Raider II and Tomb Raider III.

Tomb Raider

Wolves appear only in the Peruvian levels of Tomb Raider. They are of a similar size to real wolves but far more vicious. They will attack in packs of two to four wolves, or by themselves if that is how Lara finds them.

Tomb Raider Anniversary

Wolves are recreated fairly similarly to the originals. They still attack in both packs and singly, and are just as vicious in their pursuit of Lara.
