XNALara is a "realtime posing program" for Windows-based computers developed by Chezch programmer Dusan Pavlicek, a member of Tomb Raider Forums. The program originally featured assets extracted from the Tomb Raider: Underworld game files, but eventually expanded to the rest of the Tomb Raider series and even unrelated video game titles, with the help of the community.

XNALara utilizes Microsoft's .NET and XNA PC Frameworks, and was first released on 20 February 2009. As of 27 June 2011 the latest release is version 9.7, featuring advanced modeling options such as bump-mapping, independent light sources, pixel shaders, and individual bone posing.
